Store sealed in a dry place at ambient temperature between 50° F and 90° F.
For stiff consistency royal icing mix the entire package with 1/4 cup of warm water. This will yield 2 cups of royal icing.
• Add royal icing mix and warm water in a mixing bowl.
• Mix for 1 minute on medium speed; scrape down sides.
• Mix for 5 minutes on medium speed.
• Add color or flavor as desired.
• To achieve a thinner consistency, gradually add very small amounts of water.
