Store sealed in a dry place at ambient temperature away from direct light. Unused CMC Powder should be closed airtight.
Add 1/8 teaspoon of CMC Powder to 28g (1oz) of fondant. Knead it into the fondant and allow the fondant to sit for at least 30 minutes in an airtight container before use.
Ingredients: Cellulose gum, modified cornstarch.
