CMC POWDER 50 GRAMS

Use this CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) powder in place of gum tragacanth or gum arabic when making gum paste. Gum paste made with CMC has enhanced binding and structural properties to make the gum paste last longer. It resists humidity, improves freeze and thaw stability, and helps gum paste flowers and showpieces to dry faster.
