Recipe – Dark Chocolate Mousse
Preparation
In a planetary mixer with a whisk attachement, combine milk to MOUSSE CHOCOLATE WHITE and mix at high speed for 5 minutes. Pour into proper moulds and set in refrigerator for 2hrs.

1000g IRCA Mousse Mix
1250g 3.5% Milk
