Preparation
In a planetary mixer with a whisk attachement, combine milk to Lilly Strawberry Mouse Mix and mix at high speed for 5 minutes. Pour into proper moulds and set in refrigerator for 2hrs.
Mix :
1000g IRCA Mousse Mix
1500g 3.5% Milk or Water
5000g Unsugared Cream
