When cooking or baking with Vanillablossom’s whole vanilla beans, slice the beans lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Don’t waste the husks, as they contain flavorful oil. Use the husks to infuse your dish with vanilla, just be sure to strain them out! Unused beans can be stored unrefrigerated in their original tubes.
